IEP & ARD Paperwork Review Service

Understand Every Word of Your Child's IEP
Before You Walk Into That Meeting.

A certified special education professional reviews your child's IEP or ARD documents, explains them in plain language, and meets with you virtually so you feel grounded, prepared, and confident — not overwhelmed.

The $75 Standard Review is a limited-time introductory rate — available for a short time only.

You Should Not Have to Decode This Alone

IEP and ARD documents are written for educators — not parents. They are technical, lengthy, and easy to misread. This service is for parents who want to truly understand what is being proposed for their child before agreeing to anything.

1

You received documents you don't fully understand

The paperwork is long, the language is dense, and the meeting is coming up fast.

2

You are unsure whether the goals and services are right

Something feels off but you don't have the vocabulary to name it or push back on it.

3

You want to ask better questions at the meeting

You want to be an active participant — not a silent observer — at your child's IEP meeting.

What You Receive

Every review includes a thorough analysis of your child's documents and a dedicated virtual session — no rushing, no legal jargon, no judgment.

Plain-Language Written Summary

A clear, organized written explanation of your child's IEP or ARD documents — what each section means, what is strong, what is unclear, and what may need attention.

Key Sections Highlighted

We identify the most important areas — present levels, annual goals, accommodations, services, and progress monitoring — and explain what to look for in each one.

Questions to Ask at the Meeting

A personalized list of questions based on your child's specific documents — so you walk into the meeting knowing exactly what to ask and why.

Virtual Session with an Expert

A one-on-one virtual meeting where we walk through the review together, answer your questions, and help you feel grounded and ready before the ARD or IEP meeting.

How It Works

1

Choose Your Plan and Complete the Intake Form

Select the Standard ($75) or Comprehensive ($150) plan. Before checkout you will fill out a short form telling us about your child and what you hope to get from the session.

2

Submit Your Documents Securely

After purchase you will receive instructions by email for submitting your child's IEP or ARD documents. Please include all relevant pages for a complete review.

3

We Review Your Documents

Our team carefully reviews your child's paperwork within 7–10 business days and prepares your written summary, highlights, and personalized question list.

4

Book Your Virtual Session

Once your review is ready you will be notified to schedule your virtual session at a time that works for you.

5

Walk Into the Meeting Prepared

You leave the session knowing exactly what your child's IEP says, what to ask, and what to watch for — ready to participate as an equal member of the team.

Choose Your Plan

Both plans include a thorough document review and a virtual session. Choose based on the complexity of your child's paperwork and how much time you need.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I submit my IEP or ARD paperwork?

You will receive instructions by email after purchase explaining how to securely submit your documents. Please ensure all relevant pages are included for a complete review.

How long does the review take?

Turnaround time is typically 7–10 business days from the time we receive your complete paperwork. You will be notified once your review is ready and can then book your virtual session.

Is this specific to Texas?

This service supports parents nationwide. However, ARD terminology and procedures apply specifically to Texas. In all other states the process is the same — it is simply called an IEP meeting rather than an ARD meeting.

Will you attend the IEP or ARD meeting with me?

No. We do not attend meetings or communicate with school districts on your behalf. Our role is to prepare you so you can participate confidently as an equal member of the team.

Is this legal advice?

No. This service is educational and informational only. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or advocacy services.

What if I have follow-up questions after the session?

This service includes one comprehensive paperwork review and virtual session. Ongoing consultation or additional support may be offered separately.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the time-intensive nature of document review, refunds are not available once paperwork has been submitted. Please review the service description carefully before purchasing.
